    Most impressive! We had snow here in Bryan, Texas, too. The local news showed a dozen or so Texas snowpeople but none compare with yours. In yet another contest Louisiana wins! (Mother and spouse of LSU alumni.)
  • Yes, it was amusing. We were joking that the neighbors were building "Southern Snowmen" that were little 3-4 foot snowmen... Then we came out, rolled our snow and built our monster northerner snowman. Nothing compared to the 150 foot one in Maine though. Thanks for the comments. Please feel free to suggest content that you would like to see around the site.

    Wow, its so funny seeing Louisianians play with snow for the first time... very similar to what it must have been like for the Native Americans when the Pilgrims arrived.
