Well, 15 hours in a car is a long time, but luckily my family and I brought 8 DVDs to watch on the way to South Carolina. The Jacket was a very good movie, weird, but good. Anyway, I have ventured through Charleston the last few nights with my cousin David meeting his friends Brandon and Brittney as well as his girl friend Jesse. I am having a great time. This side of the family (my dad’s sister, in charleston) has two dogs and a few cats. I am not really used to all the animal attention. hah.But all is well, their dog, Bear, waited for me to get out of bed this morning and then jumped up and layed in my bed! Oh well. Well today is the fourth of July and I thank God for all the soldiers that have fought, are fighting and will fight for our country and to keep our freedom. We are going to see War of the Worlds today and then on to watch fireworks on the harbor later tonight. Leaving to come back to Baton Rouge in the morning about 7:00. But actually we are probably most likely going to stop by Destin for a day and then finish our drive home. - Paul - Out
